This years winner on coverage is Verizon, but only because they show 1 million more of the population covered by their network.
(AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon all cover 99% of Americans.)

So I will say they are all tied, with Verizon only a fraction ahead for showing actual numbers.

The RootMetrics RootScore for Overall Performance from 1st Half 2020 are as follows:
